His- and tht is wht she longs to beShe, her, his...
there is where she hopes to be left behind
in an alley of his memory,
in his arms on his mind.
in the sweetest part of a dream
on the patio, under the trees,
in the fondest look he searches for
and the deepest one he sees.
the secret smile and the flicker of a memory
tht threatens to overwhelm
of a sanity tht is beggin to be set free-
tearing at the helm.
of a mundane profane everyday
she longs to be the cure
of an uncertain mind
she longs to be the 'sure'
the memory a love song awakens
the joy when a ringtone should chime,
the flutter a voice starts
the shiver down his spine....
That familiar feeling. Love in the air...
ReplyDeleteBut tell me, would she let him know? Or would she have him guess?
